Larsen's Cheese
AM Jensen Limited is a third-generation, family-owned cheddar cheese manufacturing and aging business. It was established by Danish-born Master Cheesemaker Arne Jensen over 90 years ago. Today, Jensen Cheese, along with its manufacturing sector, Wilton Cheese Factory (manufacturing since 1867), has established a complete line of naturally cured artisan cheddar and a variety cheese. Using hands-on manufacturing and ‘old world’ curing processes to ensure a full-flavoured, high quality, 100% milk product from our family to yours.
